All orders are processed within one to two working days. A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our atelier.

Returns
A simple 30-day return
If a piece is not quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We want you to be entirely happy with your choice.

Repack with Care
Return the piece unworn, with tags attached, in its original dust bag and packaging.

Receive Your Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within five working days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- UK return postage is complimentary; international return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Bespoke commissions and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
